When will my order ship?
Most domestic orders ship within 1–3 business days with the exception of product launch days and promotions. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Orders placed weekdays before 12PM EST usually ship same-day.
  • For all pre-orders your entire order will be held until all items in the shipment arrive and are processed for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across the U.S. and to the following international destinations: Australia, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain and Sweden.

  • It generally takes 1–3 business days to process and pack.
  • International Shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may experience delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast! Once an order is placed, it usually heads straight to fulfillment. If you spot an error, email us right away at hello@heyrini.com. Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered the fulfillment process.

My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it — what should I do?
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives or leave it in a secure but unexpected location. Please start by checking around your property (front door, back door, mailbox, package lockers) and with neighbors or building management.

If you’re still unable to locate your package after 24 hours, reach out to us at hello@heyrini.com with your order number and tracking number.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, but you are unable to locate it, please make sure to contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery confirmation. We may assist in initiating a carrier inquiry; however, we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered. We may require you to cooperate in carrier investigations, including providing requested documentation or confirmations. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of replacement, refund, or claim resolution.

All delivery-related claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Failure to notify Rini within this period constitutes acceptance of delivery and waives any claim related to non-receipt, loss, or theft.

What if I entered the wrong address on my order?
If the address on your order is incorrect, we are unable to replace or refund the shipment. If you notice an error right after ordering, please contact us immediately — orders begin processing quickly, but we will do our best to update the address before your package leaves our facility.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. So please double-check your information at checkout to avoid any issues!

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Use of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address constitutes customer error and voids eligibility for refunds, replacements, or chargeback recovery. Rini may rely on address verification and carrier delivery confirmation in disputing payment reversals.

Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
A package is considered “lost” only after the carrier completes its investigation and formally confirms loss. If a shipment is confirmed lost prior to delivery, Rini may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund of the item value only. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Packages marked as delivered to the correct address are not eligible for replacement or refund, including in cases of theft or misplacement after delivery.

Can I shop in my local currency?
We currently offer USD, CAD, MXN, EUR, BGN, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, KRY, SEK, RON, PLN but are continually expanding.
