Shipping & returns policy

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days with the exception of product launch days and promotions. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

• Orders placed weekdays before 12PM EST usually ship same-day
• For all pre-orders your entire order will be held until all items in the shipment arrive and are processed for shipping

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast! Once an order is placed, it usually heads straight to fulfillment. If you spot an error, email us right away at hello@heyrini.com — we’ll try, but once shipped, we typically cannot change or cancel an order.

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
Drop us a line at hello@heyrini.com and we’ll help track it down. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $29; international rates vary. We currently ship to the European Union, Canada and Mexico but will continue to expand.  

Can I shop in my local currency?
We currently offer USD, CAD, MXN, EUR, BGN, CZK, DKK, HUF, SEK, RON, PLN but are continually expanding.

Final-sale items can’t be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
